While the students were off with their host families, the chaperones were treated to a delicious meal at Tian Tian Seafood Restaurant. It was clearly apparent how fresh the fish was as soon as you entered.
We were confronted with fish tanks full of live fish to be consumed. There were also refrigerated display cases filled with fresh seafood from around the world. We were served a variety of dishes including stuffed clams and fried calamari.

This was my favorite dish. It was sliced pork wrapped in a dumpling wrapper and fried to crispy perfection. It then had a sweet sauce on top.
